Essential Design

RJ Miller Building Professionals Inc. provides design services for life-safety and accessibility plans, interior renovation, and other building improvements. Our mission is to provide the designs that do not sacrifice performance and durability to achieve a desirable form.

Founder

Robert is a graduate of Architectural Engineering Technology, Professional Technologist (Buildings), and Registered Home Inspector. He is the founder and principal of RJ Miller Building Professionals Inc.; a building inspection and design firm. The mission of the company is to promote good building practices, safe and affordable housing, and consumer protection.

He served as a Councillor for the Association of Engineering Technicians and Technologists of Newfoundland and Labrador and volunteered as a Federal Councillor for the GPC Fund, Board Member of the College of the North Atlantic Board of Governors, President of the Student Representatives Council of the College of the North Atlantic, and Build Volunteer for Cabot Habitat for Humanity.

Standards of Practice

As an AETTNL Professional Technologist, I have demonstrated technical proficiency and I am committed to upholding the associations Code of Ethics.

As a CAHPI National Certificate Holder, I will conduct home inspections by the CAHPI Standards of Practice, will obey the CAHPI Code of Ethics, and will provide excellent customer service.

Professional Technologist, Association of Engineering Technicians and Technologists of NL (AETTNL).
National Certificate Holder, Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI).
Graduate, Architectural Engineering Technology (CNA).
Professional Liability (E&O) and Commercial General Liability Insured
