To our valued clients,

These questions consolidate your desired outcomes together, in one place, as a starting point to being the design process. Don't be afraid to state all your biggest wishes, and know this first step will continuously evolve through the design process.

If you are planning this together, it is not necessary to agree; you can answer questions multiple times.

Sincerely,

Robert J. Miller, PTech., RHI

Scheduling

Before construction work can begin, your custom design must be completed and accepted by the authorities having jurisdiction (e.g. the city or town). The design process may include revisions, and additional changes may be required to reflect the permit conditions. Contractors will require time to review design and specifications, conduct estimating, and prepare bids. A successful contractor must be selected and then your project can be included in the contractors schedule.
